L’Italie au cœur de Clichy… et maintenant à Paris !

Avouons-le, nous qui ne connaissions pas cette très bonne adresse italienne, nous nous sommes un peu demandé où nous mettions les pieds lorsque, un soir d’hiver brumeux, nous avons dû passer le porche lugubre derrière lequel elle se cache ! Depuis vingt-cinq ans entre les mains d’un maître du genre, Claudio Puglia, La Romantica propose de belles spécialités comme les fameuses leggera di taglioni Romantica (des pâtes fines à la crème légère de sauge flambées dans une roue de parmesan) ou une succulente côte de veau entière, légèrement gratinée au fromage fumé de bufflonne pommes grenaille cuites au sel… Un talent que l’on peut d’ailleurs retrouver à prix plus léger dans une formule plus décontractée au tout nouveau Romanticaffé du 96 boulevard de La Tour-Maubourg ! 70 € à la carte

Admit it, those of you who didn’t already know this very good Italian eatery slightly wondered where you were setting foot when, on that misty winter’s evening, you had to go through the gloomy porch it’s hidden behind! In the hands of master chef Claudio Puglia for 25 years, La Romantica offers fine specialities like the famous Leggera di taglioni Romantica (thin tagliatelli with a light sage cream sauce flambéed in a hollowed-out wheel of Parmesan cheese) and the succulent whole veal chop topped with lightly grilled smoked buffalo cheese and salt-baked baby new potatoes. This talent can now also be found at a lower price and in a more relaxed setting at the brand new Romanticaffé at 96 Boulevard de La Tour-Maubourg!
